Jeremy Adams teaches at Bakersfield High School and California State University, Bakersfield. His writing has appeared in a variety of publications including
The Sacramento Bee,
The Bakersfield Californian,
The Writer's Post Journal, and
The Storyteller. He is the recipient of a number of teaching honors including the 2012 Kern County Teacher of the Year Award, the 2012 Beautiful Bakersfield Award for Education, the Jim Burke Rising Star Teaching Award, and the Kern Reading Association Outstanding Student Teacher Award. He is also the founder of the Earl Warren Cup Constitutional Competition.
